All potential candidates:
- must be able and willing adapt to new and changing work environments
- must be able to perform independently, under pressure and value team work
- must be able to know and communicate his/her limitations to the team
- must realize his/her contribution and value to the organization

Product Manager:
- required 3 years experience in product management
- in-depth knowledge of telecom or banking industry and its services
- exceptional presentational and communication skills needed

Sales Representative:
- required 5 years of experience in Telecom's or IT/IS sales
- motivated, self-driven & confident promoter of concepts
- willing to travel within the CEE region (good German/English skills)
